We’re committed to getting your order out as quickly as possible!

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Services

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Expedited Shipping via UPS or Canada Post

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–10 business days

🇺🇸 United States

  • Expedited Shipping via USPS or DHL

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Expedited or Express Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days

🌍 International

  • We offer Global Shipping via UPS to select countries.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–10 business days

Multiple Shipments

Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages from different warehouses. In such cases, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Return Policy

  • You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.

  • All returns must be unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging.

  • Do not attach shipping labels directly on the shoebox. A $10 fee will be charged for any boxes with shipping labels.

Return Process

  • Use the return slip included in your package to send items back to our warehouse:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Please allow 2–7 business days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Sale Items

  • All sale items are final sale. A store credit will be issued for any returned sale item.

Restocking Fees

  • A $10 restocking fee applies when 2 or more items are returned from a multi-item order.
