🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.


📦 General Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging.

  • Do not place shipping labels directly on the shoebox. Boxes with labels or damage may incur a restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of an incorrect item being sent.

IMPORTANT:
Please do not return packages via Canada Post. Use an alternative courier with tracking and insurance to avoid delays or loss.


🔁 Exchange Instructions

If you'd like to exchange your item:

  1. Purchase the correct size or item directly from our website.

  2. Return the original item using the steps below.

  3. We’ll process your refund once the original item is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to our warehouse.


📝 Return Instructions

  1. Clearly write your order number on the outside of the return package.

  2. Ship your item to:

  3. Use a reliable courier with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. If you have any questions about the condition of your item or packaging, email support@shoekid.ca before sending your return.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A $10 restocking fee applies if 2 or more items are returned from a multi-item order.


🚫 Final Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale.

  • They may only be exchanged for a different item or store credit.

  • You must purchase the new item separately and return the original as outlined above.


🛠 Manufacturer Defects

We offer a 30-day warranty on manufacturer defects. These include:

  • Visible design flaws upon arrival

  • Major issues with structural components not caused by wear

Excluded from warranty:

  • Damage from rough play or excessive use (e.g., ripped soles, worn insoles, frayed straps, broken lights)


📦 Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us as unclaimed:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted.
